What is relaxation?

I have a question...... What is relaxing to you?  I would like to hear your feedback on what you do to relax. Please leave me a message in the comments area about what you find relaxing, or how you relax.  Next weeks post I will respond to some of the feedback I have received this week and explore what relaxation looks like in this modern world.  I will also give tips on getting the most out of the precious relaxation time we have as well as some information about how relaxation really affects our body.  There is no right or wrong answer just be honest.  I don't want to hear what you think you should be doing I want to know what you honestly do to relax. Thank you for your input and we'll see where this goes.

  1. Marnie, every time i truly need to relax, i seek solitude in nature or i go to restorative yoga class. Nature and its rhythm always allows me to let go and relax. Curious to where this is going:)
